Each person age 18 and over must submit a

separate application.

Applicant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report (PTSR), as defined in Section 38-12-902(2.5) Colorado Revised Statutes. If applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the applicant a rental application fee, or charging the applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. Please note that in this case each person over 18 must still submit an application, but may refrain from paying the

application fee.
