qualification criteria:

  • Verifiable gross monthly income must equal at least two (2) times the monthly rent 

  • Credit and criminal background screening required on all applicants age 18 and older

  • Minimum credit score = 665 with a good payment history

  • Excellent rental history required

  • Co-signers/guarantors not accepted

to apply:

  • Each prospective resident age 18 and older must submit a separate application

  • Follow the link below, select your desired available unit, and click Apply Now 

  • Complete all fields of the online application as thoroughly as possible

  • Provide at least three (3) years of residential history

  • Upload a copy of your photo ID, and either two (2) recent consecutive  paycheck stubs or a recent employment offer letter, or contact our office for additional acceptable forms of income verification

  • Submit payment of the $50 application fee (or provide access to an acceptable Portable Tenant Screening Report)

  • Incomplete or falsified applications will be denied
